Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been processed, communicated to the seller/vendor, or shipped from our facility.

  • Orders once dispatched are not eligible for cancellation.
  • Discount vouchers or promotional offers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if the order is cancelled.

Return/Refund Policy

Due to hygiene, health, and consumable nature, nutrition and supplement products sold by PS ENTERPRISES are non-returnable.

Returns or refunds will not be applicable for reasons such as taste preference, flavour difference, stomach discomfort, headache, or personal dislike of the product. Customers are advised to consult their doctor or health expert before purchasing any supplement product.

If you receive a damaged, tampered, defective, or wrong product, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Invoice

  • Inner & Outer Packaging images

  • Batch Number details

Please do not use the product once a complaint has been raised.

If the shipment appears tampered or damaged at the time of delivery, kindly do not accept the package.

No return or replacement will be accepted for products received and accepted in damaged or tampered condition without proper proof.

If the order is returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, customers may contact our support team for re-shipping or refund assistance. Approved refunds may be provided as store credit, voucher, or original payment method, depending on the case.

In case of any approved refund, it may take 8-16 working days for the amount to reflect in the customer’s original payment method or bank account.
