SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. We use trusted shipping partners and aggregators such as Shiprocket and NimbusPost for order deliveries across India.

We try to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours on normal business days. However, orders may take 3-5 working days to dispatch during high order volume periods, sales, Sundays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Orders are generally delivered within 6-8 working days from the date of order confirmation and payment, or as per the delivery timeline agreed at the time of order confirmation, subject to courier company/post office norms.

PS ENTERPRISES is not liable for any delay in delivery caused by courier companies, transport delays, natural conditions, or postal authorities. The company only guarantees to hand over the shipment to the courier partner within the committed dispatch timeline.

Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order.

Delivery confirmation and order updates may be sent to the customer’s registered mobile number and email ID.

Please note: Shipments are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
